How to get your translation project started

Requesting a quotation

Please send us the full text you would like us to translate by using one of our quotation forms on our home page or by email to info@kaantamo.com.

If the text is not yet available or if you would like a preliminary estimate on how much the work will cost, please tell us the length of the text (e.g. word count), what kind of text it is, the complexity of the text and the file format.

Booking

Once you have received our quote and approved the price and schedule, please send us confirmation that you would like to make a booking.

Additional information

When confirming your booking, please tell us (if you haven’t previously done so):

▪ the language variant (e.g. US or UK English) into which you would like the text translated;
▪ the intended purpose of the translation; i.e. who will be reading the text and in which context and format;
▪ whether the text contains passages or established terms that must not be translated; and
▪ whether there is any background material available which the translator might find useful.

Delivery

We will deliver the completed translation by e-mail.

Billing

Please state your billing address and indicate which method you prefer (e-billing, e-mail or paper invoice).
